Two Coasties in camouflage, helmets, and tactical gear announce, “We’re from Coast Guard Special Operations!” They perform ordinary Coast Guard tasks tactically: “Tactical buoy deployment!” (a camouflage-painted buoy), “Sniper flare!” (firing a flare from a helicopter, followed by “Ow! My night vision!”), and “Covert duck wipe” (sneaking up to clean a startled duck with a cloth).
