Charty Plotter, now an ensign, approaches a boater: “Good morning, ma’am. I’m Ensign Plotter with the Coast Guard, and I’m here to inspect your vessel.” He raises his pen like a wand: “Inspecto Patronum!” A glowing spectral duck inspects the boat. He reports, “Alright...looks like you’re missing a few life preservers, and your fire extinguisher has expired.”
