Members of the other branches play in huge piles of cash: a Marine stuffs money in his mouth, a soldier wears a helmet full of bills, an airman throws money in the air, and a sailor swims through a pile of cash with a snorkel. A civilian tells a Coastie, “Man, it must suck seeing all the other branches get money while you’re in a shutdown.” The Coastie says, “Nah, this actually feels pretty normal.”
