An officer with a clipboard says, “Alright, we’re officially in a shutdown. Turn everything off.” At dusk, a Coastie switches off a lighthouse (“click”), a boat crew covers a buoy with a sheet, a cutter goes dark except for a red mast light, and a helicopter falls from the sky with its rotor stopped.
