A Thanksgiving-themed oil-spill response: a grounded tanker with “GRAVY” on its hull leaks brown gravy into the sea. A buoy tender lays containment boom, a helicopter drops a bag of “Herb-Seasoned Stuffing,” a boat crew skims the gravy with a giant ladle, and the Chief watches from the rail holding a turkey leg and coffee.
