An officer addresses rescue crews on a beach: “Congrats, everyone. You’ve saved thousands of lives during this hurricane. But there’s already a bigger storm on the way. So get some sleep while you can.” Behind her, dark clouds and huge waves loom. She pauses: “...It’s right behind me, isn’t it?”

Thanks to the people who are down dealing with the aftermath of Harvey. Just remember that they’re the same people that will be dealing with Irma and whatever else follows…
