The mustached Chief, holding his red mug, radios, “That’s the boat we want. Take it down.” A Coast Guard boat crew opens fire on a large ship as an armed team climbs aboard. In the cargo hold, the Chief declares, “Jackpot. 15 tons of pure Colombian.” The sacks are labeled “Café” and “Coffee” with Colombian flags, and he refills his mug from one.
